Job Summary Lead outlets effectively to meet performance targets. Address issues promptly and effectively and ensure manpower needs are managed. Responsibilities Lead assigned outlets to achieve clear performance targets through effective management and leadership. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports focusing on sales and food safety to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Verify daily sales bank-in reports to ensure timely and accurate banking of takings. Resolve sales and operational issues promptly to maintain smooth outlet operations. Collaborate with support functions to address manpower, logistics, finance, and administrative challenges. Conduct Reviews of Operations Risks (ROR) on food safety, SOPs, product quality, and health risks to ensure compliance with required standards. Manage customer complaints by investigating issues and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Verify outlet requisitions including stock take reports, petty cash, claims, payroll, and part-time hiring to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide operational support by allocating skills, manpower, and stocks during functions or business opportunities to maximize company topline achievement. Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives across multiple outlets to foster positive work culture, enhance staff morale, and improve retention. Perform additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors. Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to set clear direction and goals for teams to drive performance. Hands-on operational experience in local or international foodservice industries. Proven track record in delivering Key Result Areas (KRAs).
