About the Role . Responsible for meeting sales targets . Conduct presentation for existing Government employees . Call and regularly visit for sales calls . Retirement planning like Annuity Sales . Manage Axis Bank branches assigned and activate the channel partners Key Responsibilities . Responsible for meeting sales targets by daily connecting with the Nodal Officers / employees in Government offices and assist them with the product and performance report under NPS. Guide them with the end-to-end processes by ensuring employee opts for Axis PFM at time of NPS registration. . Conduct presentation for existing Government employees and thereby get their existing Govt employees migrate their legacy Pension Funds from other PFM to Axis Pension Fund. . Call and regularly visit for sales calls. Gain higher market share of Axis PFM in their respective Nodal offices mapped to them . Manage Axis Bank branches assigned and activate the channel partners by training their resources for NPS product and processes. Assist end-to-end to the channel partners and clients for sales closure and servicing under NPS respectively . Ensure quality and persistency of business and cross sell products . Retirement planning like Annuity Sales Qualifications . Graduate and Post Graduate reputed college / university Role Proficiencies: . Good communication skills and able to conduct presentations . Basic understanding of financial products . Confident and quick learner . Basic knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PPT
