Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms. Source and screen candidates based on job requirements. Conduct phone interviews and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding and recruitment administration. Support other ad hoc recruitment and HR duties as assigned. Requirements: A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any related course of studies Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
