We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Secretarial Manager to lead our Corporate Secretarial team and play a key role in delivering high-quality governance and compliance services to our valued clients. What You'll Be Doing As a Corporate Secretarial Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of corporate secretarial functions and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on governance and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of corporate secretarial professionals handling a portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities. Oversee company incorporations, annual compliance requirements, corporate restructuring exercises, share transfers, striking-off applications, and liquidation matters. Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements. Review and approve corporate secretarial documents, including board and shareholders' resolutions, meeting minutes, annual returns, and statutory filings. Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate governance, compliance obligations, and regulatory developments. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for corporate secretarial matters. Supervise client onboarding processes, including KYC/CDD reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks. Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submission of annual returns, resolutions, and regulatory filings. Oversee e-filings with ACRA, IRAS, and other relevant authorities.
