Job Description
Location: Woodlands Working hours: Mon to Fri, 830am to 530pm The Job: Establish standard operating procedures for product engineering and manufacturing processes on the testing floor Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential process failures Review and analyze test yield data to identify issues and implement yield improvement actions Determine disposition for hold lots based on yield and quality analysis Perform device and hardware tester qualification, correlation, and generate associated reports Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize testing and manufacturing processes Resolve technical issues related to device testing to support manufacturing operations effectively Liaise with customers to understand and implement new production specifications during New Product Introduction (NPI) Coordinate device startup and transfer activities to ensure smooth production transitions The Talent: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with min 1 year of relevant working experience.
