Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Singapore Role Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, increasing brand awareness, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding revenue opportunities for the restaurant. The role focuses on customer acquisition, corporate partnerships, events, marketing initiatives, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability. Identify and secure corporate clients, event bookings, private dining opportunities, and catering partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with hotels, travel agencies, corporate organizations, and event planners. Develop marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and brand visibility. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with restaurant operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality. Manage customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Represent the restaurant at networking events, food exhibitions, and industry functions. Prepare business proposals, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage commercial discussions. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations to management. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, hospitality, restaurant operations, sales, or marketing. Strong network-building, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Understanding of the Singapore F&B and hospitality industry. Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets. Preferred Experience Experience in fine dining, hospitality, luxury dining, or restaurant management. Experienc
