The Company: Brick and Timber is seeking an Leasing Administrator to support the in-house leasing team. This role is responsible for assisting with leasing activity data analytics, reputation management, lease applications and drafting, fielding inquiries from leasing prospects, applicants or residents, and software system management. The Company is a property management company focused upon managing residential apartment properties in the Bay Area. Primary Responsibilities: Leasing Data & Activity Support · Assist the Leasing Manager in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on leasing activity to inform strategy and improve team performance · Maintain accurate data across systems to support transparency and decision-making Lead Management & Customer Service · Field incoming phone and email inquiries for available listings. Allocate leads according to company policy and ensure timely agent follow-up · Support reputation management efforts by responding professionally to online reviews and inquiries across customer platforms Application Processing & Leasing Administration · Assist with application intake, processing, and communication with prospective tenants · Draft and coordinate lease documents and complete post-leasing steps including data entry, file audits, and system updates Resident Onboarding & Coordination · Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless leasing-to-move-in process for new residents · Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation during each stage of onboarding Le
