Principal Product Manager Full-time Remote (US) $150k - $200k Over the next 18 months, we will launch a cluster of interconnected AI tools—agents, assessment, and growth tools, that together put practice management on autopilot. As our first Principal Product Manager, you will own this transformation from services business to full stack AI platform: defining strategy, sequencing launches, and driving the data flywheel that lets AI guide humans (and eventually itself). What You'll Achieve (First 12 Months) Launch Ortho Assessment & Instant Checkout Tools (Q4 2025) to deliver immediate revenue growth and reduce time to payment Ship Patient Agent, Ortho Agent, and OrthoMatching Agent (Q1 2026) helping the top 1,000 clear aligner orthodontists autonomously partner with, onboard, and manage virtual practices with the 200K dentists in the country Stand up data flywheel dashboards that quantify how each interaction improves model performance, revenue, and margin. How You'll Do It Define the multi-phase roadmap that sequences all AI tools Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship value continuously Establish, track, and communicate KPIs; share insights and trade-offs with ELT Ensure HIPAA compliance across the entire product lifecycle Foster a culture of ownership and outcome-orientation Manage ongoing idea flow from C-Suite in a way that keeps the boat rowing without letting anything slip through the cracks About Two Front Two Front is reimagining the $925B clear aligner market by building a fundamentally new operating system for top orthodontists to build their brand and practice from one streamlined system using unused office space at dental offices.
