CNC Machinist (Milling/ Aerospace MRO) Location: Changi Industry: Aerospace MRO Salary : Up to $3,200 depending on experience Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Trent engine series. The company operates advanced facilities capable of servicing all Trent engine variants and canoverhaul over 300 engines annually, supported by a state-of-the-art testing facility that ensures efficient turnaround times. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machining Specialist to support the repair and restoration of aircraft engine cases and components within a high-precision aerospace MRO environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and support programming of 5-axis CNC machining centers Perform contour milling, drilling, boring, and thread repair operations Machine complex engine case features including flanges, bosses, seal lands, and bearing housings Support machine setup, validation, and commissioning activities Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment Interpret engineering drawings and OEM repair schemes Maintain machining quality and process documentation Support continuous improvement and lean repair cell operations Requirements Technical diploma or equivalent in machining or mechanical engineering CNC programming and operation certification for 5-axis machining Experience with Mastercam, Siemens NX, or equivalent Minimum 4–6 years of aerospace CNC machining experience Experience repairing or machining aero engine components In-depth knowledge of aerospace materials including titanium and Inconel Familiarity with precision inspection tools such as CMM and Faro arm Lim Pey Chyi - Apple.lim@manpower.com.sg Recruitment Consultant (Ra2090579) Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd EA Licence: 02C3423
