About this Position This role will execute and optimize digital campaigns across APAC, with main focuses on campaign execution, analytics, SEO/SEM/GEO implementation, and marketing automation, to ensure scalable and high-performing demand generation programs. What you´ll do Campaign Execution & Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google (primary), Naver, and Yahoo etc.. Generate and utilize the content for campaign foundations e.g. articles, landing pages etc. Perform keyword research, bidding strategies, and A/B testing of ads Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPL, lead generation and conversion rates Use platforms like Marketo for lead nurturing campaigns SEO, SEM & GEO Execution Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements Optimize website structure and content to enhance search visibility and performance Support GEO initiatives, ensuring content is optimized for AI-driven search platforms Collaborate on content updates to improve organic rankings Social Media & Digital Channels Management Execute paid social campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn) for lead generation and retargeting Generate and maintain the content for various digital channel publications Support multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms Data Analytics & Reporting Ensure accurate data quality and flow across platforms Manage and maintain analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Ensure accurate conversion tracking, tagging (UTMs), and reporting frameworks Develop dashboards and provide regular performance reports and insights Identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Data Analytics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO/SEM, campaign optimizations or digital performance marketing B2B industrial experience is a plus.
