Our products are used by corporations, government organisations and major events for recognition and commemorative purposes. We focus on high-quality craftsmanship, combining modern technologies such as UV printing and laser engraving with precision production processes. Job Description We are looking for a careful and responsible individual to join our production team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is required. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, precision tasks, and creating high-quality finished products. Responsibilities Operate UV printing machines to apply designs accurately on trophies and plaques, ensuring high-quality finishes Perform laser engraving inside optical crystal awards with precision to meet design specifications Set up and operate production machines following standard procedures to maintain consistent output Inspect finished products carefully to identify and address any defects or quality issues before delivery Communicate effectively with the sales team to align production schedules with customer orders Follow safety and operational guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Learn new production skills and work independently after training to support team goals Requirements Careful and detail-oriented Enjoy hands-on work and precision tasks Responsible and willing to learn new skills Able to work independently after training Looking for a stable long-term position No prior experience required. Training will be provided. Working Hours Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm, on alternate Saturdays Average 5.5-day work week.
