Engine Case Repair Technician (Aircraft/ Aerospace/ MRO) Location: Seletar or Changi , Singapore Industry: Aerospace MRO Salary: Up to $3,200 depending on experience About the Company Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Trent engine series. The company operates advanced facilities capable of servicing all Trent engine variants and can overhaul over 300 engines annually, supported by a state-of-the-art testing facility that ensures efficient turnaround times. Job Summary We are seeking experienced Engine Case Repair Technicians to support the setup and operational launch of a next-generation aerospace repair facility. The role focuses on aircraft engine case repair, assembly support, inspection coordination, and adherence to OEM repair standards. Key Responsibilities Plant Setup & Operational Readiness Support equipment setup, validation, and commissioning Participate in machine trials and functional checks Assist in SOP and MES implementation Support audit preparation, 5S, and documentation activities Participate in first live repair execution with engineering teams Support training preparation for new employees Repair Operations Perform engine case repair work in accordance with approved OEM manuals and work instructions Carry out blending, fitting, assembly, and repair preparation activities Ensure all work meets aerospace workmanship and quality standards Maintain clean and organized workstations Comply strictly with all HSE and safety procedures Properly maintain and utilize tools and equipment Support continuous improvement initiatives within the repair cell Requirements Technical diploma or equivalent in aerospace, machining, or mechanical engineering Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in aircraft engine case repair within an MRO or OEM environment Familiarity with engine case materials including titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum Experience working with fan
