As a GTM Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for building and scaling the teams that drive Cursor's growth, including Sales, Field Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and GTM Leadership. You will partner directly with leaders to define talent strategy, shape org design, calibrate hiring bars, and attract exceptional talent. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and influence. You will be expected to think like a business leader, challenge assumptions, bring market intelligence to the table, and help us make some of the most important decisions in the company: who we hire and how we scale.
