We are a growing F&B group in Singapore operating multiple restaurant concepts. As the business expands, we are seeking a highly organised and execution-focused "Chief of Staff" to work directly with the management to ensure strategic initiatives, operational projects and business priorities are carried through effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating across teams and ensuring things get done. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Track and manage all key initiatives assigned by the management. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Follow up on action items and deliverables. Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly. Maintain project trackers and status reports. Business Operations Monitor operational performance across restaurant outlets. Assist in implementing operational improvements and new business initiatives. Coordinate openings, renovations and special projects when required. Liaise with landlords, consultants, suppliers, contractors and service providers. Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Operations or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, hospitality or related industries. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced SME environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools. Preferred Experience in F&B, hospitality or retail operations. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with budgeting and business reporting.
