Identify opportunities in small businesses, start-ups, and direct-to-consumer channels. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing. Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with individual decision makers in small enterprises to large organisations Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and security decision-makers. Educate end-users on the importance of cloud security and how our solutions protect their digital lives. Understand client pain points and align solutions to their cloud security needs. Deliver product demos, webinars, and workshops tailored to non-technical audiences. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations. Market Development Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that resonate with end user needs (e.g., privacy, ease of use, affordability). Gather customer feedback to refine product positioning and usability. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position solutions effectively. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA). Actively participate in partner’s events, relevant market events, trade shows, and online communities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with support teams to ensure smooth on boarding and customer satisfaction. Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and customer success. Provide feedback to Sales Manager/Director on customer requirements and market gaps. Provide insights to Sales Manager/Director on consumer preferences and usability improvements. Reporting & Accountability Prepare and deliver
