Job Role The Country Manager – Romania will be responsible for leading the company's residential energy storage business across the Romanian market. This role focuses on building and managing distributor channels, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving long-term business growth for residential ESS products. Acting as the commercial lead for Romania, the successful candidate will oversee the complete distributor development process, including market mapping, customer acquisition, business negotiations, contract execution, order management, and ongoing channel development.
