The Opportunity Reporting to the Associate Director, Influencer, the Senior Manager, Paid Influencer Strategy will own the vision, strategy, and growth of Caraway's paid influencer channel. This role is responsible for developing the long-term roadmap for creator partnerships, identifying scalable growth opportunities, and driving measurable business impact through strategic investments across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. As the leader of Caraway's paid influencer program, you will shape how influencer marketing contributes to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand expansion. This is a highly strategic role for someone who combines deep creator economy expertise with strong business acumen and a performance-oriented mindset. Who You Are You are a strategic marketer who understands how influencer marketing drives both brand and business outcomes. You have experience building and scaling creator programs, developing testing frameworks, and identifying opportunities that unlock incremental growth. You're comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels—setting vision while ensuring flawless execution. You are highly analytical and naturally curious, using data to uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and inform decision-making. You understand how influencer marketing fits within the broader acquisition ecosystem and can confidently evaluate channel performance against CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, and incremental revenue goals. You are an exceptional communicator who can build long-standing relationships with our influencer partners.
