Check us out on LinkedIn: Medtronic ENT Medtronic ENT is seeking a Health Economics Manager to partner with sales teams, healthcare providers, and decision‑makers to drive acceptance and sustained use of its ENT therapies. The role serves as a reimbursement and health economics expert, evaluating financial and policy factors that affect therapy adoption across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices. Reporting to the Director of Reimbursement and Health Economics for the ENT portfolio, this senior-level individual contributor leads complex projects with significant autonomy and serves as a subject-matter expert in reimbursement and healthcare economics. The role involves conducting financial audits and benchmarking analyses, delivering education and training to clinical and administrative stakeholders, and partnering with key accounts to support cost-effective therapy adoption. By addressing coding, coverage, and payment challenges and helping f
