Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions — from proactive candidate sourcing through to successful job placement Build and maintain robust talent pipelines that keep the business ahead of both immediate and future hiring demands Conduct structured screening calls and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their manpower needs and develop targeted, results-driven recruitment strategies Craft compelling job advertisements and post them strategically across job portals and social media platforms to attract the right talent Guide candidates with genuine care throughout the hiring journey — from resume coaching and interview preparation through to offer negotiation Monitor recruitment performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights that continuously improve hiring speed and quality Support employer branding initiatives including career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and candidate engagement campaigns Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Excellent people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Genuine passion for talent development and recruitment EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
