Avantor is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our Bioscience and MedTech portfolio. This full-time remote position, ideally based in the Greater Montreal area. In this role, you’ll partner with customers using a consultative, value-based sales approach, helping them solve challenges through Avantor ’s expansive portfolio of products and services. What we’re looking for : Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience: 0-3 years of success in a complex B2B sales environment, preferably solution‑based and involving multiple decision makers Background in distribution, laboratory, scientific, or manufacturing environments is strongly preferred Who you are: Sales & Business Skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets through a strategic, consultative selling approach Ability to apply structured selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman) Strong analytical skills and the ability to plan and sell strategically within accounts Confidence engaging business owners and senior decision makers in meaningful, value‑focused conversations Experience managing challenging conversations with professionalism and poise Communication & Collaboration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong collaboration skills across customers, peers, leadership, and internal t
