Explain product benefits and usage to customers. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs. Achieve sales targets. Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed neatly. Handle customer enquiries and provide good customer service. Collect customer feedback and share with the team. Support promotions, roadshows, and product launches. Requirements Minimum 1 year of retail sales, customer service, beauty, wellness, pharmacy, or health supplement experience will be advantageous. Comfortable engaging customers in a retail environment. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
