From coordinating webinars and supporting chapter leaders to ensuring sponsors have an exceptional experience, you'll play a vital role in helping communities grow and succeed. Key Responsibilities: Support sponsor communications and onboarding activities. Maintain sponsor records, files, and documentation. Assist with newsletters and community communications. Schedule and coordinate social media content. Support chapter leaders and chapter-related activities. Coordinate webinars, meetings, and virtual events. Prepare attendee lists, materials, and event communications. Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination. Maintain accurate records, templates, and documentation.
