Manager, Software Development, Trust Data Platform Position Overview Autodesk is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the Trust Data Platform team. This role is responsible for managing a team of developers building and operating scalable, reliable, and cloud-native data platform services that enable trusted data across Autodesk . The platform serves as a foundation for analytics, reporting, operational insights, and AI-driven initiatives, helping teams make data-informed decisions at scale. As an engineering leader, you will combine technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive platform strategy and execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Senior Principal Developers, and Trust stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver high-impact platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing developers, and delivering robust data platform solutions that create business value. Responsibilities Lead the Trust Data Platform team, providing technical, strategic, and people leadership to a team of developers building scalable, reliable, and cloud-native data platform services Partner closely with Product Managers to define platform vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics that align with organizational objectives and customer needs Collaborate with Architect and Senior Principal Developers to drive technical direction, platform modernization, and long-term architectural evolution Own the delivery and operational excellence of the Trust Data Platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability Build and evolve foundational data platform capabilities, including data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, data processing, metadata management, and data lifecycle management Lead
