About the Position: Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, Credit Analyst II is responsible for handling credit and financial analysis related duties. The Compliance Department is responsible for protecting the Company from the risk of loss associated with its business activities, and for ensure Company’s compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. Conduct periodic credit reviews within an assigned portfolio and quantify results in a narrative format based on processing models, metrics and a detailed financial analysis resulting in verbal and written recommendations to management consistent within company risk appetite. Perform financial analysis preparing Credit Risk Assessments and Periodic Review of existing merchants with detailed recommendations and creative risk mitigation strategies. Analyze merchants with varying risk dependencies and credit quality associated with diverse business types and processing environments to determine potential exposure.
