What You’ll Do As a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sozoroad , you will play a vital role in shaping our growing team by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—from job posting and candidate screening to coordination and onboarding—ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all applicants. This role requires strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, as you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to meet ongoing staffing needs. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creation of job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment forms; job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and candidate endorsement. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
