Sales Support & Order Management Handle order processing and daily sales/profit recording Prepare quotations and manage pricing Coordinate shipments with customers and suppliers (including preparation of shipping documents) Follow up on accounts receivable and payment collection 2. Inventory & Warehouse Management Support annual stock-taking activities Conduct monthly inventory checks and warehouse management 3. Procurement & Supplier Coordination Manage purchase orders and delivery schedules with suppliers (mainly Japanese companies) 4. Accounting & Administrative Support Process payments at the beginning, middle, and end of each month Handle expense claims and cost management Manage annual renewal of local insurance (e.g., work injury insurance) 5.
