New Life Youth serves young people aged 11 to 21. Our mission is to nurture and mentor youths by fostering resilience through meaningful relationships and empowering them to become agents of change within their communities. We are seeking a passionate and committed Senior Youth Worker / Youth Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging, supporting, and empowering youths to reach their full potential through impactful programmes and positive mentorship. Job Responsibilities · Plan, organise, and implement programmes and activities that promote the holistic development and well-being of youths. · Provide supervision, guidance, and support to a team of youth workers (for Senior Youth Worker role). · Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, serving as a mentor and positive role model. · Provide individual support and guidance to youths, helping youth overcome challenges and work towards their personal goals. · Facilitate group discussions, and workshops, and activities on topics such as, health, education, life skills, and social development. · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. teachers, social workers, and community partners) to support youths' needs. · Maintain accurate and confidential case records, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. · Engage with the community to understand and respond to the needs and interests of local youth. · Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants · Stay updated on trends, issues, and , developments affecting young people. Job Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Youth Work. · 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with youths (Senior role). · Proficient in Englis
