Summary he Assistant Front office manager will assist in running the day-to-day activities of the Guest Relations, Valet, Night Audit and Bell Staff. This position will help lead the front office operations to deliver a seamless and memorable service experience for every guest, from pre-arrival to departure. By embracing and modeling Andaz's values, they will work to ensure the complete handling of guest needs and professional and timely resolution of guest issues. They will help coach colleagues and hold them accountable ensure that responsibilities are met, and assignments are carried out in accordance with our standards and will help motivate, train, and develop assigned staff. What is expected of me in this role Support financial goals through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization Monitor performance metrics, improve guest satisfaction, and manage escalated concerns Lead and support front office team through scheduling, supervision, coaching, and daily briefings Coordinate with key departments to deliver seamless guest experiences Maintain operational efficiency using reporting tools and ensure compliance with safety standards Foster a positive team culture aligned with our brand values, engagement, and service excellence In the absence of Front Office Manager to lead the team, ensuring smooth daily operations Qualifications Minimum 2years experienceas an Assistant Front office Manager or 3 years experience as a Front Office Supervisor within a four or five-star hotel environment Proven experience in supervising,motivatingand training others Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills with advancedproficiencyin the English language Hours: Flexible scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required toworkvarying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, including mornings, afternoons,evening, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
