The Sales Manager - Food & Beverage Is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the Food and Beverage related revenue is maximized in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets. Qualifications Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager with F&B background in a luxury international brand hotel. Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge. Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
