THE OPPORTUNITY As our company scales, we’re hiring for a Director, Workplace Experience & Real Estate to lead the strategy, growth, and operations of our workplace footprint across Cambridge, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that blends and scales real estate strategy, financial analysis, employee experience, facility operations, and workplace security. You’ll own how our environments function and feel, ensuring every Suno workspace supports creativity, collaboration, operational excellence, our culture, and employer brand. Reporting to the VP, People and serving on the People Leadership Team, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, Security, Internal Communications, and Brand & Creative to build and maintain exceptional workplaces that scale with the business.
