Position : Admin Assistant (Orders Processing/Quotation) Location : West – Gul Link – Company Transport pickup at Jurong East MRT Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits Duration : Permanent Industry : Industrial Supplies & Wholesale Trade Main Responsibilities: Maintains sales and administrative workflow for order processing. Prepare quotations and process orders. Track orders and update customers. Coordinate deliveries and basic shipping documents. Submit e-invoices when required. Liaise with internal teams on order matters. Perform general sales admin duties. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
