This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service Consultant to support service transformation initiatives and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in service management processes, customer service operations, field service execution, service contracts, warranties, repair management, and end-to-end service lifecycle management. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, field service organizations, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service solutions that improve customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Configuration Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements. Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Service processes including: Service Master Data Service Orders Service Contracts Service Quotations Warranty Management Repair and Return Processes Installed Base Management Case Management Service Confirmation Resource Scheduling Field Service Processes Service Billing Configure organizational structures, service teams, and service execution processes. Implementation & Delivery Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects. Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Support master data migration and data cleansing activities. Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities. Integration & Collaboration Collaborate closely with: Sales (SD) Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) Procurement (MM) Warehouse Management (EWM) Manufacturing (PP) Customer Experience (CX) teams Ensure seamless Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Service-to-Cash process integration. Support & Optimization Provide post-go-live support and hypercare. Troubleshoot service management process and system issues. Recommend process improvements and a
