Job Description: Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings. Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements. Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer. Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site. Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified. To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements Job Requirement: Possess M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES / ACE 5 days work OT provided beyond working hours What we're looking for: At least 3 years of experience as a M&E RTO Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex on-site situations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts Proficient in project management, quality control, and health and safety procedures Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholder A relevant engineering-related degree / diploma / NCSS in mechanical or electrical engineering
