Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative and project coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and related documentation to support business development Track tender opportunities and coordinate submission requirements to maximize bid success Support sales activities by managing client correspondence, preparing proposals, and conducting timely follow-ups Coordinate project schedules, meetings, site visits, and resource allocation to optimize project execution Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues Perform basic accounting tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, expense claims processing, and document filing to maintain financial accuracy Maintain comprehensive project records, contracts, reports, and databases for effective information management Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates to facilitate informed decision-making Provide general administrative support to management and project teams to enhance operational efficiency Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, or related field Familiarity with tender submissions and basic accounting processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail Effective communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
