• $8,000 to $10,000 + AWS + 2 Months Variable Bonus • SWISS MNC • Excellent work culture and working environment • Hybrid working arrangement with WFH & flexible staggered working hours Responsibilities: Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Support compensation reviews, market benchmarking, payroll, and manpower cost planning. Manage regional HR projects, digitalisation, process improvements, and change management. Act as HR business partner to regional leaders and provide HR advisory support. Develop and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across APAC. Support workforce planning, HR analytics, engagement surveys, and HR KPI tracking.
