About Us We're a new dumpling eatery (non-halal) opening in the heart of Singapore's CBD. We specialise in freshly made dumplings crafted daily — simple food, done really well. We're building a small, tight-knit team who takes pride in what they put on the plate. What You'll Do Assist in the daily preparation of dumpling fillings, wrappers, and sauces according to our recipes Handle cooking during service — boiling noodles and dumplings to order, and assembling completed orders for collection Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen at all times Receive and check ingredient deliveries; assist with stock rotation and inventory Prepare ingredients for the following day's service after the lunch rush Follow all SFA food safety and hygiene standards What We're Looking For Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely Reliable, punctual, and a team player Must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or we can support you to obtain one before the start date) Singaporeans and PRs only Chinese and English-speaking Working Hours Monday to Friday only — no weekends 8:00am – 5:00pm (lunch crowd only) Perks No weekends, no late nights — work-life balance Off every Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays Meal provided Friendly team environment Ground-floor opportunity — grow with us as we expand
