Industry: Logistics Conducive Working Environment Permanent role Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team warehouse and office staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Oversee operational execution to ensure service levels, lead times, and customer KPIs are consistently achieved. Act as the key customer interface, handling operational queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong customer relationships with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ensure compliance with Customs regulations and bonded/controlled goods requirements. Maintain accurate inventory control and accountability, including cycle counts and annual stock takes. Plan and optimize manpower deployment to meet operational demands and productivity targets. Monitor team discipline, attendance, and performance, including tracking of lateness and medical leave. Manage purchase requisitions, documentation, and operational records in a timely and accurate manner. Drive resolution of QEHS and operational non-compliances, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Partner closely with HR on manpower matters, employee relations, and workforce planning. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality. Support 24/7 operations, including flexibility to respond Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience, with proven experience managing a team of at least 12–15 headcount. Proficient in SAP (WM/MM or equivalent systems) for inventory and operational transactions. Strong customer-facing skills – confident, responsive, and able to manage stakeholders effectively Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance requirements.
