Responsibilities: Lead contract management activities for building projects, including tendering, negotiation, and finalization of contracts. Maintain and leverage a strong network of contacts with consultants, clients, and industry partners to identify and secure new project opportunities. Review, draft, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, claims, and commercial strategies to senior management. Monitor project performance from a commercial perspective, including variations, claims, and final account settlements. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure contract terms are executed effectively, mitigating disputes and maximizing profitability. Support business development by contributing to proposals, tenders, and client presentations. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management with a main contractor or similar environment in the building industry. Strong network of industry contacts with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Proven track record of clinching and managing high-value projects.
