A1 main contractor in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator / Assistant Manager to support and manage architectural delivery across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects . This role plays a key part in driving design coordination, ensuring constructability, and supporting site execution to achieve project objectives in quality, cost, and schedule. Role Overview The Architectural Coordinator / Assistant Manager will take ownership of architectural coordination from design development through construction. The role involves close collaboration with consultants, internal project teams, and subcontractors to ensure architectural works are accurately executed in compliance with design intent, statutory requirements, and project specifications. Lead and manage architectural design coordination throughout the project lifecycle Review, coordinate, and approve architectural shop drawings, submission drawings, and revisions Liaise closely with architects, MEP and structural consultants to resolve design and interface issues Coordinate with site teams to address architectural, constructability, and sequencing matters Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, building codes, and authorities’ requirements Manage RFIs, design clarifications, site instructions, and consultant responses Monitor architectural progress and proactively highlight risks or discrepancies Maintain proper document control, drawing registers, and revision tracking Chair or actively participate in coordination meetings and prepare coordination minutes Provide technical guidance and support to junior coordinators where required Support project management team in quality control, inspections, and handover processes Requirements Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination How to Apply 👉 Click Apply Now — or send your resume directly to Talent@Build
