As a Program Management Advisor for Cigna Healthcare Clinical, you will provide strategic and project management support to the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP). This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness, and scale initiatives that reduce health disparities. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve access, quality, and experience for customers while partnering across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of Language & Accessibility Program and Health Equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from intake through implementation and sustainment. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts that advance equitable access to care and language assistance services across the enterprise. Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) to meet initiative goals, stakeholder needs, and regulatory requirements. Support governance and delivery forums, including project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, and retrospectives, to align stakeholders and drive accountability. Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution to support language access service delivery, health equity compliance, program performance, and regulatory audit readiness. Partner with clinical, compliance, operations, analytics, and technology stakeholders to implement solutions that improve access, experience, and outcomes for diverse and underserved populations.
