You will guide students through structured activities, discussions, and practical exercises that support their ability to think critically, articulate ideas clearly, and participate actively in group-based learning. Responsibilities Facilitate structured, activity-based workshops for students across different age groups Guide discussions, group activities, and applied learning tasks Support students in expressing ideas, participating in activities, and presenting their thoughts Provide clear guidance and feedback during practical exercises Maintain a focused, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment Adapt facilitation approach based on class profile and dynamics Required Competencies Eligible to work in Singapore Registered with the Ministry of Edu
