Key Responsibilities Guest Care & Personalised Service Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP, repeat, and extended-stay guests. Anticipate guest preferences and coordinate personalised arrangements to enhance their stay. Build strong rapport with guests and ensure a warm, welcoming experience throughout their journey. Arrival & Lobby Experience Welcome arriving guests and provide professional assistance during check-in and throughout their stay. Maintain an active presence in guest-facing areas, offering assistance and responding proactively to requests. Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and personalised service at all touchpoints. Guest Feedback & Service Recovery Engage with guests regularly to gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction. Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally while ensuring positive service recovery outcomes. Monitor and follow up on guest requests to ensure timely completion and satisfaction. Cross-Department Coordination Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Communicate guest preferences, special occasions, and service requirements accurately. Support smooth execution of VIP arrivals, celebrations, and special arrangements. Guest Loyalty & Experience Enhancement Foster strong relationships with returning guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits. Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support futur
