Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or ARM templates, ensuring changes follow peer-review, version control, and audit-trail best practices. Configure and support Azure services including Functions Premium, Virtual Networks, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, Entra ID, Managed Identities, and scoped RBAC permissions. Build and enforce CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions to support reliable infrastructure deployments, environment consistency, and secure release workflows.
