Job Description Student Leadership Development and Community Service Curation:Support C4SR’s mission of providing transformative learning experiences through community service and cultivating active citizenship among students.Mentor and guide student leaders of local and overseas projects to deliver impactful and sustainable service to the community using Service-Learning approaches and tools such as needs analysis and asset mapping.Curate and develop new projects to address unmet community needs (local and overseas) and build capacity of communities, in collaboration with non-profit/community partners and student teams.Facilitate student reflection and help students to recognize and articulate their learning through the community service experience. Volunteer Proposal Management:Review and approve individual student volunteering proposals in accordance with community service requirements.Guide students to meet the community service requirements and achieve expected service/learning outcomes.Source and identify suitable non-profit/community partners and volunteer opportunities. Project Review and Enhancement:Collaborate with partner organizations to re-design projects to facilitate more effective student learning and create a more sustainable service impact for the beneficiary communities.Guide student teams to align
