We are looking to hire a Front Office Trading Application Support Specialist to provide frontline production support for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank . They will look to cover trading and front office applications across multiple asset classes, supporting business-critical trading activities and ensuring platform stability and availability. This role is the key focal point for the customer/client /associate experience, restoring complex/major production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pursuing root-cause and problem resolution follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Provide Front Office production/application support for trading applications across asset classes like FX, Interest Rates, Credit, Commodities, Fixed Income products. Work closely with traders and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve application, trade flow, and production issues. Monitor trading platforms, application health, batch processes, and operational workflows to ensure system stability and availability. Manage Incidents and Problem management. Perform start of day, End of Day and start of week checks. Analyze application logs, activity logs, and batch logs using Python scripting and SQL queries for troubleshooting and issue investigation. Identify opportunities for automation and automate manual tasks being performed by team.
