Position: Google / DSP & Programmatic Specialist Location: Global Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) Role Overview: Join STARTRADER as a Google / DSP & Programmatic Specialist. Lead high intent paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and programmatic DSPs. Experience on social, native, or affiliate platforms is a strong advantage. This is a strategy + execution role: define campaigns, optimize funnels, ensure attribution accuracy, and maximize ROI across global markets. Google / DSP & Programmatic Specialist | High-Intent Acquisition Key Responsibilities: Conduct market and competitive research for search & programmatic acquisition. Recommend paid media strategies, platform allocation, budgets, KPIs, and scaling/kill decisions. Provide ad copy guidance and creative direction for campaigns. Oversee campaign execution, bid strategies, A/B tests, and optimization. Ensure tracking, attribution, GTM setup, analytics, dashboards, and data integrity. Integrate AI-driven optimization tools and third-party solutions to enhance campaign performance. Collaborate with CRM, dev, creative, and sales teams to maintain full-funnel efficiency. Requirements and Skills: 3+ years focused experience in Google Ads, DSPs, programmatic, or high-intent paid acquisition Deep expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, DSPs, programmatic native platforms Strong analytical skills: ROI, CAC, FTD, CVR, funnel optimization Experience with tracking, attribution, GTM, dashboards, AI-driven optimization Creative guidance for messaging adaptation across platforms AB testing and full-funnel optimization mindset Cross-team collaboration and execution focus Advantageous Skills Experience on social, native, or affiliate platforms Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, database connections, or automation tools Preferred Industry Backgrounds Trading / Brokerage / Financial Markets (highly preferred) Crypto / Blockchain / Exchanges Fintech (payments, lending, wealth platforms) iGaming Mobile
