About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Closing Representative In this role, you will: Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Loan Closing Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record to ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Perform complex legal activities for loan documentation that may also include documentation purchased from a third party source, internal staff and the Corporate Legal Group Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals Work collaboratively with Credit, Sales and Legal regarding proper procedures and documentation requirements necessary to ensure accuracy with negotiated terms and ensure alignment with appropriate compliance standards Interact with immediate team and Commercial Loan Closing Interact with internal customers Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Commercial Loan Closing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required AI Skills and Competencies Understanding and Application of AI Tools : Ability to leverage AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Tachyon, Agentspace) for routine tasks such as summarizing information, drafting content, and analyzing data, while maintaining human oversight. Critical Thinking : Ability to interpret AI outputs, validate insights, and make informed business decisions. Responsible AI Use : Awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and compliance when using AI solutions. Adaptability and Continuous Learning : Commitment to upskilling and staying current with emerging technologies.
