The Role Lumen is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to support financial leadership for the Technology and Product organization. This is not a traditional reporting role. This role acts as a true extension of senior finance leadership, helping drive clarity, insight, and action across a broad, complex, and evolving set of priorities tied to technology investment and product performance. This individual will operate at the center of a highly matrixed environment, working across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather inputs, challenge assumptions, and assemble a clear, decision-grade financial view. They will take fragmented, sometimes incomplete data and translate it into structured analysis, compelling storytelling, and executive-ready materials that enable faster, higher-confidence decisions.
