We are looking for a Bank Transfer Operations Representative to join the Global Bank Transfer team in Hong Kong. Hong Kong | Full-time | Hybrid What you'll do Manage daily communication with banking providers – via email, phone calls or other communication channels Monitor transactions – statuses, rates, fees Respond timely to ad hoc tasks to avoid delays/crisis Monitor account balances of banking providers Check refunded transactions with our banking providers Answer questions regarding bank transfers and support other departments within Payoneer Reconcile transactions in the database Who you are Strong team player, problem solving mindset Proactive working attitude, willing to take ownership Detail oriented Microsoft Office – proficient in Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Good communication and service skills University graduate One year experience in Banks/Fintech industry Not a must but a great advantage: SQL - advantage</li
