Our client is a leading independent insurance brokerage specializing in wealth planning and life insurance solutions for High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales Operation Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Region - easily accessible. The Sales Operation Manager (International) will be responsible for: Providing comprehensive administrative and relationship management support to Consultants throughout the client lifecycle. The role is responsible for coordinating client engagements, managing new business submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a seamless experience for high-net-worth (HNW) clients. Client & Consultant Support Support Consultants in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, business trips, and presentations. Prepare client snapshots, sales illustrations, product comparisons, and presentation materials. Coordinate medical examinations, client meetings, and policy delivery with clients, bankers, and internal stakeholders. Attend client meetings or medical appointments on behalf of Consultants when required. Maintain regular communication with clients, bankers, and wealth planners to ensure timely follow-up and service delivery. Case Management & Administration Manage the end-to-end administration of new and existing insurance cases, ensuring timely progression through each stage of the sales process. Prepare pre-submission documents, including questionnaires, broker memos, and supporting documentation. Ensure all client documentation complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and insurer due diligence standards. Liaise with insurers and underwriters to follow up on underwriting requirements, negotiate outstanding matters, and facilitate policy issuance.
